I would like send out a huge ‘thank you’ to both Birchall and Sons Cleaning & Restoration and Fallbrook Plumbing. Recently, we had a hot water slab leak under my daughter’s bedroom, which had apparently been an issue for some time.

We called Mitch at Fallbrook Plumbing; he was out that day and was able to reroute our pipes and cap off the leak. We also discovered that we had a mold problem in the walls so we contacted Will at Birchall and Sons and he too came out that day and checked out the problem.

We ended up needing a complete mold remediation in the two rooms that had the water damage. Both companies were extremely professional and thorough and their work was excellent. These two companies are local Fallbrook treasures and I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you so much for getting our house back together and my daughter back her bedroom.
